Why Form (another) New Group?

There are a number of existing Jaguar groups in existence, and we have no desire to replace any of those. They have committees, mailing lists, meetings, web-sites, the works. All we are doing with JAG is to keep a track on action relating to Jaguar projects, and to provide some pages and references to everything going on elsewhere. That's not to say that things are not already happening with JAG, but at this time there is nothing to announce.
